Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Egg Prosciutto Bagel
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a blender, combine salted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, dried oregano, and chili paprika. Blend until smooth.
  3. Slice your bagels in half and place them cut side up on the prepared baking sheet. Spread the garlic butter onto each half.
  4. On each bagel half, layer a slice of cheddar cheese, a few pieces of Italian salami, and crispy prosciutto.
  5. Create a small hole in the center of the prosciutto on each bagel half. Crack an egg into each hole.
  6. Sprinkle chili paprika and a pinch of salt over the egg and toppings on each bagel half.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 13-16 minutes, until the eggs are set and the prosciutto is crispy.
