Step-by-Step Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine 8 ounces of softened cream cheese, 1 cup of thawed whipped topping, and 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar. Use an electric mixer on medium speed for about 2 minutes, or until smooth and creamy.
- Rinse ½ cup each of blackberries, strawberries, and kiwis under cold water. Slice the strawberries and chop the kiwis. Keep the berries whole.
- Lay four flour tortillas flat and spread an even layer of the cream cheese mixture over each, leaving a ½-inch border.
- Sprinkle the prepared fruits evenly across the cream cheese spread on each tortilla.
- Starting at one end, roll the tortilla up tightly, keeping the filling inside. Wrap each tortilla log in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate the wrapped tortillas for at least 1 hour.
- After chilling, unwrap and trim the ends. Slice each log into 1-inch thick rounds and arrange on a serving platter.
- Enjoy immediately, or store in an airtight container for up to 1 day.
