Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine 8 ounces of softened cream cheese, 1 cup of thawed whipped topping, and 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar. Use an electric mixer on medium speed for about 2 minutes, or until smooth and creamy.
  2. Rinse ½ cup each of blackberries, strawberries, and kiwis under cold water. Slice the strawberries and chop the kiwis. Keep the berries whole.
  3. Lay four flour tortillas flat and spread an even layer of the cream cheese mixture over each, leaving a ½-inch border.
  4. Sprinkle the prepared fruits evenly across the cream cheese spread on each tortilla.
  5. Starting at one end, roll the tortilla up tightly, keeping the filling inside. Wrap each tortilla log in plastic wrap.
  6. Refrigerate the wrapped tortillas for at least 1 hour.
  7. After chilling, unwrap and trim the ends. Slice each log into 1-inch thick rounds and arrange on a serving platter.
  8. Enjoy immediately, or store in an airtight container for up to 1 day.
