  3. Pour melted butter into a 13x9-inch baking dish, coating the bottom evenly.
  4. Pour the batter into the butter-coated baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes or until edges are puffed and golden brown.
  5. Prepare buttermilk syrup in a saucepan by combining butter, sugar, buttermilk, corn syrup, and baking soda. Cook for about 7 minutes until thickened.
  6. Dust the pancake with confectioners’ sugar and serve immediately with buttermilk syrup and optional blueberries.
