  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the Italian sausage, cooking for approximately 5-7 minutes until browned.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, minced garlic, dried oregano, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix until creamy.
  5. Brush the hot baking sheet with olive oil. Place naan or flatbreads on the sheet, spreading the ricotta mixture over them. Top with cooked sausage, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
