  • 2 stalks Green Onions chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Granulated Sugar Substitute
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Ginger
For the Main Dish
  • 1 pound Flank Steak sliced thin
  • 4 cups Broccoli fresh florets
  • 1 tablespoon Arrowroot Powder can substitute with xanthan gum

Preparation Steps
  1. In a mixing bowl or measuring cup, whisk together soy sauce (or coconut aminos), beef broth, water, fish sauce, garlic powder, chopped green onions, granulated sugar substitute, and ground ginger.
  2. Place the flank steak in a resealable plastic bag and pour the prepared marinade over the meat.
  3. Lightly oil the bottom of your Instant Pot. Add the marinated flank steak along with the marinade.
  4. Steam the broccoli florets for about 3–5 minutes until they are bright green and crisp-tender.
  5. After cooking, carefully perform a quick release of steam from the Instant Pot.
  6. Mix arrowroot powder with a couple of tablespoons of water in a small bowl and stir into the cooking liquid until it thickens.
  7. Return the sliced beef and steamed broccoli to the Instant Pot, tossing them gently in the thickened sauce.
  8. Serve your delicious Low-Carb Beef And Broccoli hot, optionally over cauliflower rice.
