Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Mash 2-3 ripe bananas until smooth, leaving a few lumps for texture.
  3. Stir in 1/3 cup melted butter into the mashed bananas until combined.
  4. Add 3/4 cup sugar, 1 beaten egg, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract to the banana mixture and stir until incorporated.
  5. Mix in 1 teaspoon baking soda and a pinch of salt thoroughly.
  6. Fold in 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour until just combined.
  7. Fold in 10 crushed Oreo cookies until evenly distributed.
  8. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and sprinkle the remaining 4 crushed Oreos on top.
