- Mash 2-3 ripe bananas until smooth, leaving a few lumps for texture.
- Stir in 1/3 cup melted butter into the mashed bananas until combined.
- Add 3/4 cup sugar, 1 beaten egg, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract to the banana mixture and stir until incorporated.
- Mix in 1 teaspoon baking soda and a pinch of salt thoroughly.
- Fold in 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour until just combined.
- Fold in 10 crushed Oreo cookies until evenly distributed.
