Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 460°F (240°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a 15-16 inch circle, then transfer to parchment paper.
  3. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, Italian seasonings, kosher salt, and garlic powder. Brush this mixture onto the outer edge of the dough.
  4. In another bowl, combine ricotta cheese, minced garlic, and remaining Italian seasonings, then spread this mixture over the dough.
  5. Layer shredded mozzarella over the ricotta evenly.
  6. Sprinkle the thawed spinach over the mozzarella layer.
