- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 400°F (200°C).

- Combine the ground beef, Tabasco sauce, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl. Mix until just combined and form into 4 patties with an indentation in the center.

- Grill the patties for 4 minutes on one side, flip and grill for another 4 minutes until desired doneness is reached.

- In the last minute of grilling, add a slice of provolone cheese on top of each patty and close the grill lid to melt the cheese.

- Mash the ripe avocados in a bowl until smooth, then mix in lime juice, cumin, jalapeno, cilantro, basil, and season with salt and pepper to taste.

- Assemble the burgers with the bottom bun, arugula, patty with melted cheese, guacamole, additional toppings, and cap with the top bun.
