  • 1/4 cup Cold butter Can use margarine
  • 1 large Egg For egg wash

  • 1 cup Powdered sugar For dusting

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Gather your ingredients while it heats.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry to 1/8 inch thick and cut into 4-inch squares.
  3. Mix softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Put a spoonful of cream cheese mixture on each pastry square and top with blueberries.
  5. Fold the corners of the pastry squares over the filling to create pockets.
  6. In a bowl, mix sugar, cinnamon, and cubed cold butter until crumbly.
  7. Brush the edges of each folded pastry with the egg wash.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and filling bubbles.
  9. Cool slightly on a wire rack and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
