- Prepare your bananas for the Clean & Healthy Banana Split Boats. If using frozen bananas, allow them to thaw for 5–10 minutes or refrigerate fresh bananas for a couple of hours.
- Slice each banana lengthwise down the middle to create two halves. Place onto serving dishes.
- Layer 2–4 tablespoons of granola into each banana half, then scoop coconut cream on top.
- Sprinkle shredded coconut and dark chocolate chips generously on top.
- Melt the almond butter and drizzle over each banana boat for a rich finish.
- Serve immediately, or freeze for about 5 minutes for a firmer texture.
