Step-by-Step Instructions for Grinder Pasta Salad
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, pepperoncini juice, dried oregano, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper until smooth. Chill for 30 minutes.
  2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook rotini pasta for about 9 minutes, then drain and rinse with cold water.
  3. Slice the oven-roasted turkey, pepperoni, salami, and cheese into bite-sized pieces. Shred lettuce, halve tomatoes, and chop red onion.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled rotini pasta with prepared meats, cheeses, and vegetables. Toss gently for even distribution.
  5. Drizzle the chilled dressing over the pasta salad. Gently toss until everything is evenly coated.
