Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Whisk together eggs, milk, green onions, onion powder, and salt in a mixing bowl until combined.
  3. Layer half of the Canadian bacon in the baking dish, add the English muffin cubes, remaining bacon, and pour egg mixture evenly over it.
  4. Cover with plastic wrap or foil and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight.
  5. Bake covered with foil for 30 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
  6. Prepare Hollandaise sauce by combining milk, sauce mix, and butter in a saucepan, whisk until thickened.
  7. Slice the casserole into 10 portions and serve warm with Hollandaise sauce drizzled on top.
