Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine old-fashioned oats, oat flour, melted coconut oil, honey, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt. Mix until crumbly. Line an 8-inch baking dish with parchment paper and press mixture into the bottom to form a crust.
  2. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the crust for about 10 minutes until edges are light golden brown. Allow to cool completely.
  3. In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt with maple syrup and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
