  • 2 tablespoons Vanilla syrup or maple syrup as substitute
  • 1 piece Cinnamon stick optional
For Iced Version (optional)

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Combine fresh cherries with 2 tablespoons of water in a saucepan over medium heat. Simmer for 3–5 minutes until softened and release their juices.
  2. In a separate pot, bring 1 cup of filtered water to a boil and steep the Earl Grey tea for 3–5 minutes, then remove the tea bag or strain.
  3. Pour your chosen milk into the saucepan with the cherry mixture and add a cinnamon stick if desired. Heat for 2-3 minutes without boiling.
  4. Add vanilla syrup to the warm milk-cherry mixture. Pour brewed tea into a mug and strain cherry-milk blend over it.
  5. Serve hot or pour over ice for iced version. Garnish with a cherry or cinnamon stick.
