- Line an 8'x8' square pan with parchment paper, allowing some overhang on the edges.
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine sweetened condensed milk, white chocolate chips, and unsalted butter. Stir continuously for 5-7 minutes until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla bean paste and a pinch of salt, mixing until fully incorporated.
- Gently fold in fresh dandelion petals, ensuring they’re evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
- Transfer fudge mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top into an even layer.
- Cover the pan with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until firm.
- Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment and cut into squares.
