- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Mash about 2-3 ripe bananas until smooth, then add granulated sugar, brown sugar, melted butter, an egg, and vanilla extract. Mix until combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon.
- Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet banana mixture until just combined.
- Lightly flour your countertop and roll the dough to approximately 1/2-inch thickness.
- Sprinkle a mixture of brown sugar and cinnamon over the rolled-out dough and press gently.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice into 1-inch thick segments.
- Place the rolls into the baking dish, leaving space between each for rising.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- While the rolls are baking, beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk until smooth.
- Drizzle the cream cheese glaze over the warm rolls and serve immediately.
