Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Mash about 2-3 ripe bananas until smooth, then add granulated sugar, brown sugar, melted butter, an egg, and vanilla extract. Mix until combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon.
  4. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet banana mixture until just combined.
  5. Lightly flour your countertop and roll the dough to approximately 1/2-inch thickness.
  6. Sprinkle a mixture of brown sugar and cinnamon over the rolled-out dough and press gently.
  7. Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice into 1-inch thick segments.
  8. Place the rolls into the baking dish, leaving space between each for rising.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  10. While the rolls are baking, beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk until smooth.
  11. Drizzle the cream cheese glaze over the warm rolls and serve immediately.
