- Begin by grating 2-3 apples using the largest holes of a box grater.
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together 3 large eggs and 3/4 cup of sugar until pale and fluffy (2-3 minutes).
- Stir in 1/2 cup melted butter and 1/2 cup milk until fully incorporated.
- Fold grated apples into the egg mixture. In a separate bowl, mix 1 cup of flour, 1 tsp baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Gradually add to wet mixture, stirring just until combined.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and pour batter into a prepared baking pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
