  • 7 fl. oz. Coconut Water Can substitute with seltzer water.
  • 3 tablespoons Passion Fruit Pulp Fresh or frozen pulp.
  • 1 tablespoon Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice Use fresh for best flavor.
For the Sweetness
  • 4 medium Strawberries Can substitute with raspberries or other fruits.
For the Fizz
  • 7 fl. oz. Seltzer Water Tonic water can be used for a bitter twist.
For Garnish
  • Extra Strawberries and Lime Wheels For enhancing visual appeal and flavor.

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Start by filling each of your two glasses with ice cubes, filling them about a quarter of the way.
  2. Evenly divide 7 fl. oz. of coconut water between the two glasses over the ice. Stir gently with a spoon.
  3. Carefully slice the passion fruit in half and scoop out the pulp. Add 1½ tablespoons to each glass, along with 1 tablespoon of lime juice. Stir well.
  4. Slice the strawberries and add them evenly to the glasses. Stir gently to combine.
  5. Pour in 7 fl. oz. of seltzer water into each glass, filling them to the brim.
  6. Garnish each drink with additional strawberry slices and a lime wheel on the rim.
