Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Start by brewing 2 shots of espresso or prepare about 6 oz of strong coffee. Let the coffee cool slightly for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a tall glass, add a generous amount of ice. Drizzle in 2-3 tablespoons of raspberry syrup, then add 1 tablespoon of vanilla syrup or extract.
  3. Pour the cooled espresso carefully over the ice and the syrups in the glass.
  4. Top off the drink with about 8-10 oz of your preferred milk, stirring gently.
  5. If desired, prepare vanilla cold foam and spoon it on top of your iced latte.
