Preparation Steps
  1. Gather all the ingredients for your Dragon Sauce.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, minced garlic, sriracha, chili paste, and sesame oil.
  3. Switch the heat to medium and stir occasionally until the mixture reaches a gentle simmer, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Allow to simmer for 5-7 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  5. Remove from heat, taste, and adjust flavor with more sriracha, chili paste, or honey as needed.
  6. Let the sauce cool slightly to thicken more before serving.
  7. Use as a drizzle over grilled meats, stir into noodles, or as a dipping sauce.

Notes
