- Preheat your oven to 200°C / 390°F.
- Combine rice, stock, soy sauce, cooking wine, garlic, and frozen vegetables in the baking dish.
- Scatter uncooked bacon or ham over the top of the rice mixture.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 40 minutes.
- Uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let it rest covered with foil for 10 minutes.
- Fluff the rice with a fork and stir in sesame oil and green onions before serving.
