Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C / 390°F.
  2. Combine rice, stock, soy sauce, cooking wine, garlic, and frozen vegetables in the baking dish.
  3. Scatter uncooked bacon or ham over the top of the rice mixture.
  4. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 40 minutes.
  5. Uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and let it rest covered with foil for 10 minutes.
  7. Fluff the rice with a fork and stir in sesame oil and green onions before serving.
