Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare Chicken: Boil water, add chicken breasts, simmer for 25 minutes, remove, cool, and shred.
  2. Preheat Oven: Preheat to 350°F (175°C) and spray baking pan with non-stick spray.
  3. Make Sauce: In a medium saucepan, combine cream cheese, ranch dressing, hot sauce, black pepper, and garlic powder over medium-low heat. Whisk until smooth, about 5 minutes.
  4. Combine Ingredients: Stir in chicken, green onion, mozzarella, and cheddar until well mixed.
  5. Transfer and Top: Spread mixture in baking pan, top with reserved cheese.
  6. Bake & Broil: Bake for 20-30 minutes until cheese is melted, then broil for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Serve: Let cool slightly, then serve warm with tortilla chips or veggie sticks.
