Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, shred the rotisserie chicken into bite-sized pieces. Add diced celery, finely chopped onion, chopped parsley, dill, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice. Stir vigorously until all ingredients are well combined.
  2. Cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate the chicken salad for at least 30 minutes.
  3. After chilling, slice the croissants in half horizontally without cutting all the way through.
