Burger Preparation
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, minced garlic, chopped green onions, and chopped spinach. Crumble feta cheese and add fresh herbs. Season with salt and pepper. Mix gently until combined.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape into patties, about 1 inch thick. Place on a plate and cover with plastic wrap.
- Preheat grill or grill pan over medium heat. Brush with olive oil. Grill patties for about 5 minutes until edges brown.
