- In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of cold butter, 1 cup of brown sugar, 1/2 cup of granulated sugar, and 2 cups of all-purpose flour until crumbly. Press into greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Bake at 350°F for about 15 minutes until lightly golden.
- While the crust bakes, melt 1/2 cup of butter with 1 cup of brown sugar in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir constantly for 3-5 minutes until smooth. Fold in 1 cup of chopped pecans and pour over baked crust.
