  • 1/2 cup Fig Jam
For the Toppings
  • 4 medium Fresh Figs quartered
  • 4 oz Goat Cheese crumbled
  • 1 cup Fresh Arugula chopped
  • 4 oz Prosciutto Di Parma torn
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese shaved or grated
  • 1/4 cup Walnuts chopped
For the Finish
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic Glaze

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F or your air fryer to 325°F.
  2. Place the flatbread on a baking sheet or air fryer tray.
  3. Spread a generous layer of fig jam evenly across the surface of the flatbread.
  4. Add the quartered fresh figs atop the jam, followed by crumbles of goat cheese, chopped arugula, and torn prosciutto.
  5. Sprinkle grated or shaved Parmesan cheese and chopped walnuts on top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 7–10 minutes or in the air fryer for 5–6 minutes.
  7. Once baked, drizzle the balsamic glaze over the flatbread and slice into portions.
