Method
 

Marinade Preparation

Marinate Chicken
  1. Coat chicken thighs with the tahini marinade and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight.
Cooking
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (400°F) or oven to 425°F.
  2. Cook chicken for 6-8 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Prepare Sauce & Couscous
  1. Mix Greek yogurt with chili powder.
  2. Cook couscous according to package instructions.
Serve
  1. Let the chicken rest, slice, and serve over couscous with yogurt sauce.
