Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare all ingredients including focaccia, pesto, salami, capocollo, provolone, pepperoncini, and dressing. Slice focaccia in half horizontally.
  2. Spread pesto generously on cut sides of focaccia, about 2-3 tablespoons on each side.
  3. Layer salami on the bottom half, followed by capocollo, overlapping slightly.
  4. Add provolone cheese slices on top of meats, covering them evenly, and sprinkle pepperoncini on top.
