  3. Push the onions to the side and add 1 pound of ground beef, cooking until browned and fully cooked, roughly 5-7 minutes.
  4. Mix in 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce and sprinkle 2 tablespoons of flour over the beef. Stir and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  5. Pour in 1 cup of beef broth and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in 1 cup of shredded provolone or Swiss cheese until melted completely.
