  2. Sprinkle in 1 teaspoon of onion powder, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper into the beef. Stir thoroughly and cook for an additional 1–2 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef mixture, 3 cups of cooked white rice, 1 can of condensed French onion soup, and 1 cup of sour cream. Stir until evenly blended.
  4. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with a little butter or non-stick spray.
