  • 2 cups Greek Yogurt Plain or flavored
  • 1 cup Peanut Butter Almond or sunflower seed butter can be used
  • 2 tablespoons Honey or Maple Syrup Adjust based on desired sweetness
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
For the Mix-ins
  • ½ cup Mini Chocolate Chips Chopped dark chocolate can be swapped
  • ½ teaspoon Cinnamon Optional
  • 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds or Ground Flaxseed Optional, boosts fiber
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped Nuts Optional, can use almonds, walnuts, or pecans

Method
 

Instructions
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Gently fold in mini chocolate chips along with any optional mix-ins like chia seeds and chopped nuts.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Drop dollops of the mixture onto the sheet, spaced about 1-2 inches apart.
  4. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for a minimum of 2 hours or until bites are completely solid.
  5. Once frozen, transfer bites to an airtight container for storage, layering parchment paper if stacking.
