- In a medium mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of creamy Greek yogurt with 2 tablespoons of honey. Whisk until smooth.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour and spread the yogurt mixture into an even layer approximately ½ inch thick.
- Dollop small spoonfuls of your favorite fruit spread across the yogurt layer. Swirl with a knife or skewer.
- Sprinkle granola, quartered strawberries, and blueberries evenly over the yogurt mixture. Press gently to stick.
- Place in the freezer and allow to freeze for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
- After freezing, remove from freezer, cut into pieces, and serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
