Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of creamy Greek yogurt with 2 tablespoons of honey. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour and spread the yogurt mixture into an even layer approximately ½ inch thick.
  3. Dollop small spoonfuls of your favorite fruit spread across the yogurt layer. Swirl with a knife or skewer.
  4. Sprinkle granola, quartered strawberries, and blueberries evenly over the yogurt mixture. Press gently to stick.
  5. Place in the freezer and allow to freeze for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  6. After freezing, remove from freezer, cut into pieces, and serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
