  • 1/2 cup carob powder or unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3 eggs large
  • 1/4 cup olive oil or melted coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon instant coffee optional
  • 1/4 cup powdered stevia adjust based on chocolate sweetness

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper and lightly grease with nonstick spray.
  2. In a food processor, combine the black beans, sugar-free chocolate chips, carob or cocoa powder, eggs, olive or coconut oil, cinnamon, vanilla extract, salt, baking powder, instant coffee, and powdered stevia. Blend until completely smooth.
  3. Pour the silky batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly with a spatula.
  4. Bake for 30-35 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
  5. Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before lifting them out using the parchment paper. Let them cool completely on a wire rack before slicing.
