Cooking Steps
- Begin by bringing a large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat. Add your chosen pasta and cook according to the package instructions, typically around 10-12 minutes. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water, then drain the pasta and set aside.
- Take bite-sized chicken pieces and season them generously with paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken and sauté for 4-6 minutes until golden brown. Stir in the minced garlic for the last minute, then remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and melt another tablespoon of butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Pour in heavy cream, letting it come to a gentle simmer. Stir frequently, cooking the sauce for about 2-3 minutes until it thickens slightly.
- Gradually add in Parmesan cheese to the simmering cream, stirring continuously until it melts completely, creating a smooth sauce. If too thick, mix in reserved pasta water to achieve desired consistency, adjusting seasoning as needed.
- Once the creamy sauce is ready, add drained pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat. Finally, fold in the garlic butter chicken bites until well distributed. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan.

Notes
Ensure chicken pieces are cut evenly for consistent cooking. Use freshly minced garlic for the best flavor. Cook pasta until just al dente to prevent mushiness. Freshly grated Parmesan is recommended.
