- Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F). Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper or greasing a loaf pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, eggs, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, dried basil, parsley, salt, black pepper, and whole milk. Mix gently.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in the prepared loaf pan or on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F) and the top is lightly browned.
- Prepare the glaze by melting the unsalted butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in additional Parmesan and parsley.
- Brush the glaze over the meatloaf and return it to the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes.
- Let the meatloaf rest for about 5 minutes before slicing. Garnish with additional parsley.
