Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Heat the oil by warming 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add 4 minced cloves of fresh garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add 1 pound of raw, peeled shrimp to the skillet and cook for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring until pink and opaque.
  4. Toss in 4 cups of chopped Swiss chard and stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes until wilted.
  5. Pour in 2 tablespoons of chili garlic sauce, stirring well to coat, and cook for an additional minute.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste, mix thoroughly, and serve hot.
