Step-by-Step Instructions
- Preheat your toaster or oven to 400°F (200°C). Toast the sourdough until golden, about 5-7 minutes.
- Spread fig jam over the toasted bread evenly.
- Layer prosciutto over the fig jam.
- Slice and place brie on top of the prosciutto.
- Add fresh arugula on top of the brie.
- Place sliced fresh figs on top of the arugula.
- Drizzle olive oil and optionally sprinkle with black pepper or balsamic glaze.
