Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your grill to a medium heat of around 350°F.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, combine brown sugar, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika, stirring until well-blended.
  3. Pat each chicken thigh dry with paper towels and coat both sides with the sweet and spicy rub.
  4. Place the chicken thighs on the preheated grill and sear for 3 minutes on each side.
  5. Move the chicken to a cooler part of the grill and cook for another 3 to 5 minutes, using a thermometer to check for 165°F.
  6. Remove from grill, let rest for a few minutes, then serve.
