- Add the chicken pieces to the marinade, ensuring each is fully coated. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to 2 hours.
- Preheat your grill or campfire to medium-high heat, approximately 375°F to 400°F.
- Skewer the marinated chicken and chosen vegetables onto metal or soaked wooden skewers, leaving space between items.
- Grill the skewers, turning occasionally, for about 10 minutes until chicken is golden brown and reaches 165°F.
