  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese Grated
  • 1 medium Lemon Zest and juice

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by mincing garlic and finely chopping the shallot. Rinse and chop the spinach, setting it aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add ground turkey, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes, sauté until browned.
  3. Remove turkey from the skillet, add minced garlic and shallot, sauté until fragrant.
  4. Stir in orzo pasta and cook for 1-2 minutes, coating it with oil and aromatics.
  5. Pour in chicken broth, season with salt, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until orzo is tender.
  6. Stir in chopped spinach and cooked turkey, folding until spinach wilts.
  7. Mix in Parmesan cheese and lemon zest, cooking until cheese melts.
  8. Serve with fresh lemon juice and garnish with basil or herbs.
