- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Melt mozzarella cheese in a microwave-safe bowl for about 1 minute, stirring in 10-second intervals until fully melted.
- In a separate bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, mixing until blended.
- Pour melted mozzarella into dry ingredients and mix until a cohesive dough forms.
- Cool slightly and mix in the egg thoroughly until the dough becomes elastic.
- Roll out the dough on a parchment-lined surface to about 1/4 inch thick.
- Make diagonal cuts along the edges, leaving a 4-inch strip in the center uncut.
- Layer slices of ham and cheddar cheese on the center strip of dough.
- Fold the cut edges over the filling and press to seal.
- Bake on a baking sheet for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve warm.
