Method
 

Instructions for Ham and Cheese Keto Stromboli
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Melt mozzarella cheese in a microwave-safe bowl for about 1 minute, stirring in 10-second intervals until fully melted.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, mixing until blended.
  4. Pour melted mozzarella into dry ingredients and mix until a cohesive dough forms.
  5. Cool slightly and mix in the egg thoroughly until the dough becomes elastic.
  6. Roll out the dough on a parchment-lined surface to about 1/4 inch thick.
  7. Make diagonal cuts along the edges, leaving a 4-inch strip in the center uncut.
  8. Layer slices of ham and cheddar cheese on the center strip of dough.
  9. Fold the cut edges over the filling and press to seal.
  10. Bake on a baking sheet for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  11. Allow to cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve warm.
