  • 12 sliders Slider Buns or Hawaiian Sweet Rolls Substitute with regular dinner rolls if needed.
  • 1 pound Ham Use leftovers or thinly sliced deli ham.
  • 0.5 pound Swiss Cheese Can substitute with cheddar or provolone.
For Brushing
  • 4 tablespoons Butter Melted.
  • 0.25 cup Deli Dressing or Italian Dressing Mix melted butter with oregano, basil, sugar, salt, and pepper for a homemade version.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions for Ham and Cheese Sliders
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9 x 13 inch baking pan with non-stick spray.
  3. Place the bottom half of the slider buns in the prepared baking pan.
  4. Layer the sliced ham over the bottom buns.
  5. Layer the Swiss cheese atop the ham.
  6. Cover with the top half of the buns, pressing down gently.
  7. Mix melted butter and deli dressing in a bowl.
  8. Pour the butter mixture over the tops of the assembled sliders.
  9. Cover the baking pan with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  10. Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 5-10 minutes until golden brown.
  11. Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serve warm.
