For the Zucchini Noodles
  • 2 medium Zucchini Spiralized
For the Sauce Base
  • 1 jar Tomato Basil Sauce Consider high-quality store-bought options
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano Adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes Adjust according to spice preference
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil Avocado oil can work well too

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Add diced carrots, red onion, and celery to the skillet. Sauté for about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and ground turkey, cooking for 5-7 minutes until browned.
  4. Sprinkle in oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Cook for another minute.
  5. Pour in tomato basil sauce and simmer for 10 minutes over low heat.
  6. While the sauce simmers, spiralize zucchini and sauté in a non-stick skillet for 2-5 minutes.
  7. Serve Turkey Bolognese sauce over zucchini noodles, garnishing if desired.
