Step-by-Step Instructions for Cinnamon Bread
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease and flour a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In a large bowl, combine milk and lemon juice, let stand for 5 minutes. Add oil, vanilla, and eggs; whisk until smooth.
  4. Gradually stir the dry mixture into the wet mixture, folding gently until just combined.
  5. Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter in a small bowl to create the cinnamon filling.
