Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine melted coconut oil, pure maple syrup, honey, and vanilla extract. Whisk until well blended, then add cinnamon and kosher salt.
  3. Fold in the gluten-free rolled oats, walnuts, slivered almonds, coconut flakes, and chia seeds.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 30–35 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  5. Allow the granola to cool completely on the baking sheet, then sprinkle dried berries over the top.
  6. Once cooled, break into clusters and store in an airtight container.
