- Step 6: Cover and freeze for at least 5 hours or overnight until solid.
- Step 7: Once frozen, unmold the ice cream and press the layers together for a smooth finish.
- Step 8: Slice and serve in sundae glasses or on plates, garnished with wafer rolls if desired.
