Method
 

Instructions
  1. Step 1: In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form, about 4-5 minutes.
  2. Step 2: Gently fold in sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt into the whipped cream.
  3. Step 3: Divide the mixture into three bowls; leave one for vanilla, mix cocoa powder in another, and add strawberry puree to the last.
  4. Step 4: Line a loaf pan with parchment paper overhanging for easy removal.
  5. Step 5: Layer vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry mixtures in the prepared pan, without mixing.
  6. Step 6: Cover and freeze for at least 5 hours or overnight until solid.
  7. Step 7: Once frozen, unmold the ice cream and press the layers together for a smooth finish.
  8. Step 8: Slice and serve in sundae glasses or on plates, garnished with wafer rolls if desired.
