Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet and cook chicken skin-side down until golden brown.
  4. Sauté the chopped onions in remaining oil until translucent.
  5. Add garlic, paprika, tomato paste, and flour; cook for 1 minute.
  6. Pour in tomato sauce and chicken broth; simmer and thicken for 5 minutes.
  7. Return chicken to skillet, cover with sauce, and bake for 20–25 minutes until cooked through.
  8. Serve with sauce over sides and garnish with sour cream and parsley.
