  • 1 lb Ground Pork can substitute with ground turkey
  • 1 medium Yellow Onion can substitute with shallots

  • 2 Eggs use room temperature eggs
  • 1/2 cup Whole Milk can substitute with almond milk
  • 1 cup Seasoned Breadcrumbs can substitute with oats

  • 1 cup Favorite BBQ Sauce any brand works
  • 1/4 cup Honey can substitute with maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup Grape Jelly can substitute with apricot jam
  • 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar can substitute with red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard can substitute with yellow mustard

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a 9x5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
  3. Sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic in a skillet over medium heat until soft, about 5 minutes.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine eggs, whole milk, breadcrumbs, parmesan, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, salt, and pepper. Let sit for 5 minutes.
  5. Gently fold in cooled onion and garlic mixture with ground beef and ground pork until just combined.
  6. Transfer meat mixture to prepared loaf pan and shape evenly.
  7. Whisk together BBQ sauce, honey, grape jelly, vinegar, and mustard until smooth.
  8. Pour one-third of the glaze over the meatloaf and bake for 45 minutes.
  9. After 45 minutes, apply another third of the glaze and bake for an additional 25-30 minutes.
  10. Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
