- Spread the dried chickpeas on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and drizzle lightly with sunflower oil.

- Combine honey and mustard in a bowl, stirring until smooth.
- After 20 minutes, drizzle the honey-mustard mixture over the chickpeas and stir gently to coat evenly.
- Return the tray to the oven for an additional 10 minutes.
- Spread the chickpeas out again and roast for another 10 minutes until completely dry and crunchy.
- Let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
