Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Drain and rinse the canned chickpeas under cold water and pat dry with kitchen paper.
  3. Spread the dried chickpeas on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and drizzle lightly with sunflower oil.
  4. Sprinkle salt over the chickpeas and roast for about 20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  5. Combine honey and mustard in a bowl, stirring until smooth.
  6. After 20 minutes, drizzle the honey-mustard mixture over the chickpeas and stir gently to coat evenly.
  7. Return the tray to the oven for an additional 10 minutes.
  8. Spread the chickpeas out again and roast for another 10 minutes until completely dry and crunchy.
  9. Let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
