Ingredients
  

Vanilla Layer
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk or coconut milk for richness
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder can replace with pea protein
  • 1 medium Banana or substitute with ⅓ cup coconut yogurt
  • 2 pieces Dates for sweetness
  • 1 pinch Sea Salt
Chocolate Layer
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk or coconut milk for richness
  • 1 scoop Chocolate Protein Powder replace with any chocolate-flavored vegan protein
  • 1 medium Banana or use more dates for sweetness
  • 2 pieces Dates add more for sweetness
  • 1 pinch Sea Salt

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Prepare Vanilla Layer by blending almond milk, vanilla protein powder, banana, dates, and sea salt until smooth. Set aside.
  2. Prepare Chocolate Layer by blending almond milk, chocolate protein powder, banana, dates, and sea salt until creamy and smooth.
  3. Pour the vanilla mixture halfway into popsicle molds and freeze for 30 minutes.
  4. Add the chocolate layer on top of the vanilla and swirl if desired.
  5. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 6 hours until solid.
  6. To serve, run molds under hot water for easy release and enjoy!

Notes
