Preparation
- Prepare Vanilla Layer by blending almond milk, vanilla protein powder, banana, dates, and sea salt until smooth. Set aside.
- Prepare Chocolate Layer by blending almond milk, chocolate protein powder, banana, dates, and sea salt until creamy and smooth.
- Pour the vanilla mixture halfway into popsicle molds and freeze for 30 minutes.
- Add the chocolate layer on top of the vanilla and swirl if desired.
- Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 6 hours until solid.
- To serve, run molds under hot water for easy release and enjoy!

For sweeter pops, increase the number of dates or use riper bananas. Store in airtight containers for up to 2 months.
